The straight answers

What does it cost?
$100 per wedding, total. It covers both of you and your planner until your last payment clears. If your venue is a Bank the Date partner, they'll give you a code that makes it free.
Do we need a planner or a partner venue to use it?
No. Bank the Date works on its own from day one. If you have a planner, invite them and they get their own seat on your wedding; if your venue is a partner, your price drops to zero. Neither is required.
What if a vendor isn't on Bank the Date?
You can still track them, store their contract and schedule their payments, and invite them in one tap. They don't need an account for you to stay organized.
Is this a registry, a wedding website, or invitations?
No. Keep Zola or whatever you love for the pretty parts. Bank the Date runs the other half of the wedding: the decisions, the contracts and the money.
Where does our money live?
Bank the Date is a financial technology company, not a bank. Wedding balances will be held with a regulated U.S. banking partner, and we'll share the full details, protections and disclosures with you before you move a single dollar.
Are there any other fees?
Paying vendors from your balance or by bank transfer is free. If you choose to pay by credit card, the standard card-processing fee applies. We show it before you confirm, and we never mark it up.
When can we start?
